1. How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take 2–3 business days for design, 2–5 business days for production, and 2–7 business days for shipping, depending on your location and shipping method. We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance of your event.

2. Are the placemats made of paper?

Yes! All our placemats are printed on high-quality paper and come in tear-off pads of 48 sheets. They are designed for easy setup and cleanup.

3. Can the placemats be reused?

They are intended for single use, but many customers choose to reuse them if kept clean and dry. They’re perfect for layering over fabric placemats too!

4. Can I request a rush order?

Yes! Rush orders are available upon request. We can expedite the design and production process for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and timelines.

5. Will I see a design proof before printing?

Absolutely. We’ll send you a digital proof within 1–2 business days after you place your order. We begin production only after you’ve approved the final design.

6. Can I request changes after approving the design?

Once a design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. We encourage reviewing the proof carefully before giving final approval.

7. Do you offer digital files instead of printed products?

Yes! Many of our invitations and signage items are available for digital download, allowing you to print them at home or use a local printer. Just let us know your preference.

8. Can I match different items to one theme?

Of course! We can create a full matching set of placemats, coasters, invitations, straw toppers, stickers, and more—all designed around your theme or color palette.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

10. Do you accept custom design requests?

Yes! If you have a vision in mind or need something completely unique, we’d love to bring it to life. Just send us a message with your idea and we’ll get started!
